As you can imagine Tom, we're all about smooth results and smooth experiences. We're so sorry to hear that you didn't have the premium experience we'd expect from our Exfoliating Razor., but please know this is very unusual. While we're sure you know this, we recommend trimming the facial hair down first, soaking any facial hair you want to remove in warm water, and apply a pre-shave through your shave. This helps soften the hair up and makes it easier and more comfortable to remove. We'd love to hear from you about this and help, so when you have a moment, please give us a call at 800-445-5388

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority. With the many quality and safety checks we have in place, we never expect a fellow shave nerd to go through this kind of experience. We aimed to make this a one-of-a-kind razor because it exfoliates the skin and helps remove dirt and debris leading to a more comfortable shave. We're sorry it's not up to your usual standards, and when used alongside warm water and a pre-shave, we'd never expect this. We'd love to hear from you about our new razor. When you have a free moment, give us a call at 800-445-5388.

We hope you enjoy your brand-new Exfoliating Razor, Leo! We apologize for the confusion, but the exfoliating bar is actually attached to the razor itself. It's not on each individual cartridge. We hope this clarifies things, and if you have any questions, or if you'd like to talk about your experience, please call us at 800-445-5388.
