I've happily used Gillette products for decades starting with Blue Blades. Lately I have been quite happy iwht the newer item s. HOWEVER, when I bought refills they now longer fit on my handle. lTurns out the company introduced a new product with a lightly changed handle design, so their new bardes will not fit on the older handle. I can think o now reason for them to do this; unless they hope we'll buy the wrong blades and then have to go back and buy the rights ons--they make an extra sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This razor leaves my face feeling as smooth as a baby’s skin! It has an exfoliating bar/strip below the razor, so it cleans your face before the blades do their job. It really does feel like it washes your face and removes dirt and oil! It has five blades that provide a quick, smooth shave. At the base of the blades is what they call a flexdisc. This helps the blades move across the contours of my face very easily. It has a metal handle that has a nice grip and just feels well-made. I also really like that it has a magnetic base, so I can stand up my razor on the sink afterward. I mean, who wants their razor face down on the counter? If you like your face to feel smooth as well as clean after a shave, I recommend trying this out! After a handful of uses the exfoliating bar is still going strong, and the blades are still sharp! Don’t go cheap or your face is missing out! Highly recommended!

The razor itself is super sharp with 5 blades which gives a smooth and effortless shave. The exfoliating bar helps keep everything smooth and clean. The coolest and most useful feature is the swiveling razor head which allows you to change directions really easy without pausing. For that feature alone, I recommend this product. The kit also comes with one extra blade and a heavy duty magnetic mount. Great product!

The cut was so smooth. Didn't pull a single hair. Loved the flexibility in this and so easy to do my mustache. Gillette knocked it out of the park on this one. Added bonus is the stand it comes with so you don't have just a razor laying on the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the shave I get with this razor. It has a built in exfoliating bar. I get a close shave without razor burn or bumps. The razor even comes with a little stand to hold it upright. These helps keep water from sitting on it and causing rust. You can keep the handle and buy razor refills for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions is the box this came in feels high quality and is recyclable which is a nice touch. The handle is heavy duty and has a good feel in the hand. The exfoliating blade has a different feel to it, you can definitely tell it's there. I'm not sure if it really does much different then a normal blade. The base is really nice and it says that it is magnetic so it will keep the razor in it but it's not that strong so you cant feel it pull when you take the razor off the base and will probably be useful for a countertop. There is nothing sticky on the bottom of the base so it may not work as well if you keep it in the shower. It also came with a blade refill which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the smoothest razor that I ever used. At first I thought that I was doing something incorrectly. Like I had put too much shaving cream on or I wasn't pressing the razor down hard enough or something as there was no pull or tug on the hairs like I normally experience even when some higher end razors that I've used. It was like I was running it against an already smooth surface. The head swivels a bit for greater control of the razor which is useful when going around the jawline. The magnetic base is also a nice touch as it make it a little more presentable on the sink rather than just laying a razor down. Overall, this is a really nice razor and I look forward to using it a lot
