If there is a wall between the soundbar and the transmitter module, it may cause interference or the sound may not work at all, depending on the material in the wall. Finally, if a device that uses the same wireless frequency, such as a Wi-Fi router, is near the soundbar, interference may cause some sound interruption. Please also make sure your soundbar is updated to the latest firmware version featuring the latest connection improvements. Should you continue to experience issues with the sound occasionally dropping, you may want to try reconnecting the speakers manually; this will reset the connection.
