If there is a wall between the soundbar and the transmitter module, it may cause interference or the sound may not work at all, depending on the material in the wall. Finally, if a device that uses the same wireless frequency, such as a Wi-Fi router, is near the soundbar, interference may cause some sound interruption.<br /><br />Please also make sure your soundbar is updated to the latest firmware version featuring the latest connection improvements.
