[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where has this been all my life! We have gone through a few similar machines, but this one tops the others by far! We have 4 young kids, 2 cats, and 3 dogs. There is no shortness of messes. This machine cleans so well and makes it fast and easy! The hydroSteam technology and the pretreating feature got out pet stains on my carpet that I had not been able to get rid of. I used the 2-in-1 self cleaning tool on my couch and the results were amazing! Not only does this machine clean well, but it also looks nice. I really love the design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never wanted an upright rug/upholstery cleaner because the ones I had seen were too cumbersome and not worth taking up the precious space in my house. But I was very pleased with how the Bissell HydroSteam Revolution was so easy to use and intuitive. Cleaning Performance It certainly did a great job with my high traffic rugs: in my office, dining room and hallway runner. We have two large dogs and two kids and despite having a no-shoe policy in our house, I'm always amazed at how dirty our rugs get. And I really try to clean regularly! I've used this several times and I still get black water in the dirty water tank, which shows how effective the machine is. Easy Maintenance I also liked that there aren't too many pieces to clean after the fact, as I've experienced with other vacuums and cleaners. Just a few pieces that are easy enough to rinse out and dry before putting into storage. Room for Improvement The only disappointment was that I was not able to get the 2-in-1 self-cleaning tool to work. I tried several times, read the instructions, troubleshot, and I could not get the water to come through the hose. I really wanted this to work as I have a handheld/portable upholstery cleaner and would love the opportunity to consolidate cleaning tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam was easy to assemble and start using right out of the box. It's much sleeker and less bulky than my older carpet cleaner I had previously used at home. I like the addition of the steam features, but I'm not sure whether or not it made a difference in the long run. I used the machine to deep clean an area rug in my dining room that gets a lot of heavy traffic and food messes from young kids. It sucked up a lot of dirt and messes (as evidenced by the dirty cleaning solution I had to keep dumping in the holding tank), but I could still see a spaghetti sauce stain (though less prominently) after I cleaned. I also like that this machine has the 2-in-1 cleaning tool and attachments to help clean upholstery and hard to reach spots. My biggest complaint is that it goes through water/cleaning solution super quickly, but that has been my experience with any carpet cleaning machine I've used. Overall, I'd recommend this as a good at-home carpet cleaning option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Revolution Hydrosteam from Bissell has a lot of features and is a powerhouse at steam cleaning! I couldn't wait to put it to the test in my household with THREE dogs who are very messy! It has a nice sleek, efficient design and is very easy to operate. I could see the before and after difference right away as I first tried it on a heavily trafficked carpet in the kitchen. The Pretreat Mode helps to loosen caked on dirt and set in stains, and the HydroSteam Technology works great on lifting messes that I previously couldn't remove by hand. The Quick Dry mode means I can do a weekly refresh on my carpets and they'll be dry in under 30 minutes! The 2-in-1 pet tool works wonders cleaning stairs, upholstery and even our doggy beds! I like that the two cleaning formulas are great at deep cleaning yet not overly scented. Obviously, with a machine like this, especially when filled with water and cleaning solution, is a bit bulky and heavy as well as noisy, but it does have a fairly low size profile and tucks away easily in a closet when not in use. Overall, I'm continuing to have a great experience with this machine, as it's helped make cleaning my household so much better and easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely impressed with this machine from start to finish It made my entire cleaning routine faster and much more efficient The design is sleek and modern and I appreciated how easy it was to move around even in tighter spaces The HydroSteam Technology was a game changer for tackling tough sticky messes especially on high traffic carpeted areas and my kids playroom rug It cut through dried on stains and grime with ease leaving the fibers refreshed and looking like new I used it on a mix of messes including muddy footprints juice spills and even pet accidents and it handled them all effortlessly The built in Pretreater feature was also incredibly helpful I liked being able to target stubborn stains before deep cleaning without needing extra tools or spray bottles It definitely made a difference on older spots that I had struggled with using other machines Lastly the two in one self cleaning tool was super convenient I used it to clean the stairs couch cushions and even my dogs bed and it worked beautifully It felt like a complete deep cleaning system in one machine and the fact that it helps clean itself was a nice bonus I highly recommend it

It is great while it works. I used for a total of 15 min on first use. Now, I have no suction at all.
