I am so blown away by this chair. I can not think of 1 negative thing to say. This bouncer is very light weight, extremely comfortable, and one of my favorite features is that it closes completely flat. Great for storing while not in use. The whole seat comes unzipped for easy washing. The insert is also removable for older babies. I just cant say enough about this seat. Another amazing feature is there was NO assembly required! I have 4 children, and this is by far one of the most used baby gear items I have used!

We've gone through several rockers/bouncers. This is by far the best. It's not a bouncer, but the rocker and stationary features meet our needs. My favourite is the adjustable back (recline), making it fit younger and older babies alike. That was the main issue with other models - head slump and then trying to sit up once older, so this is so nice to have built in! The fabrics feel really soft and are easy to remove. So happy to add this to our baby gear!

To say we are obsessed with our Maxi-Cosi rocker might be an understatement. Not only are the design and colors beautiful, but this rocker is soft and comfortable. It comes already assembled and there are three different height settings for baby. It will fold flat for easy travel. You can choose to have it as a rocker or stationary and the padding removes easily for washing. Most importantly for us, our newborn absolutely loves it! We love it because it gives us a few minutes to get things done while still being able to interact with her. The only con I can see is that our car has tried to hijack it at times because it is so soft and comfy! If you're considering buying, do it! You won't regret it. This rocker is awesome! It is super comfy for my baby and beautiful fabric. I love that it is machine washable between the spit ups and burps--we need it! It is super functional! I can adjust with 1 hand--which is HUGE! An extra bonus is the modern and sleek design fits right into my house decor. Thanks Maxi Cosi!

This rocker is stylish but not the best functionally. When reclining it down to the lowest setting, it does not lock in place. It's also a little rough/uneven when rocking, it's not a smooth glide, which is kind of the whole point of the product. I wish I would have gotten the baby bjorn for more money.

Got the product, opened the box and the item had green paint on it. Contacted customer services (sent picture of the paint) with no reply for almost a week. Wrote them again, got a reply after a day saying they are sorry and will pass it to their QA team and offered a replacement or refund. I replied immediately hoping to get a quick resolution I asked for a refund as they took a week to come back to me. It took them another 5 days to replay saying it will take a few more days to send me a return sticker and once they have confirmation that I shipped the item they will refund the money which will take another 3-5 days! I asked to get the money processed immediately as it took them almost 2 weeks to resolve this issue! They agreed (haven't seen the money yet and it's been 2 days) but it will still take 3-5 days.... I wish they were more creative and offered let's say 30% off same as you would find in the used or damage section in big chain stores. I might have accepted that but they decided to make me wait and work to get my money back (you might call this punishment)

We are a busy household with 5 children including newborn twins and these chairs are a godsend (we have two of them). Whoever designed these must have had children (or been a fly on the wall at my house) because they are so thoughtfully designed to my needs. They are sturdy (providing a safe place for the babies to hang out) as well as functional. The infant cushion is very soft, washable and provides the perfect amount of support. You can adjust the seat position with one hand (mine are usually full so this is very helpful). It is also very lightweight and collapsible so you can carry it from one room to another. Not only does it provide the function but it is BEAUTIFULLY made of high end materials and fits into my living room and bedroom like furniture.

I added this rocker to my registry based on reviews and I loved the idea of a rocker that would lie flat. 1) I thought that it was a bouncer and a rocker. It's only a rocker. 2) It obviously doesn't have a toy bar, and a friend gave us a different bouncer with a toy bar that got WAY more use b/c the baby loved the toy bar. 3) Overall, I should've added the baby bjorn bouncer with the toy bar to the registry and a baby swing instead of this one.

Wife and I got this and were surprised by how well-crafted it is! Most baby items are made of cheap plastic and flimsy materials. The Maxi-Cosi Kori 2-in-1 Rocker is BUILT TO LAST. The wood finish is really nice and the the colors are nice and understated. Highly recommend this item.
