Got the product, opened the box and the item had green paint on it. Contacted customer services (sent picture of the paint) with no reply for almost a week. Wrote them again, got a reply after a day saying they are sorry and will pass it to their QA team and offered a replacement or refund. I replied immediately hoping to get a quick resolution I asked for a refund as they took a week to come back to me. It took them another 5 days to replay saying it will take a few more days to send me a return sticker and once they have confirmation that I shipped the item they will refund the money which will take another 3-5 days! I asked to get the money processed immediately as it took them almost 2 weeks to resolve this issue! They agreed (haven't seen the money yet and it's been 2 days) but it will still take 3-5 days.... I wish they were more creative and offered let's say 30% off same as you would find in the used or damage section in big chain stores. I might have accepted that but they decided to make me wait and work to get my money back (you might call this punishment)

I love the look of this rocker! On other sites carry this brand, it's marketed as a bouncer. It doesn't do much of that, as the rocking motion is not very fluid, but short and abrupt. I truly wish this was a bouncer or a smooth rocker to assist with helping calm my baby or to help take a monitored nap. One other downside is that my baby is often sweating when sitting in it, so I am glad to have this when he's younger in the colder months of the year! Great brand (we love his car seat) and quality product, but wish we could have done better with the rocker/bouncer to rock more fluidly and not so roughly. It might as well just be only a stationary seat.

Ever since I bought this rocker for my baby she's always comfy and happy on it. I take the chair with me literally everywhere: on trips, to visit family, all around the house etc. I am able to do more things at home, while she keeps me company. I like the design very much as well.

this product was easy to use straight out of the box. Looks great in our living room! I love the rocking compared to the bouncers I've used in the past. The buckle is also way nicer and more comfortable on baby because of the padding. Inserts are also easily removable.

This rocker is stylish but not the best functionally. When reclining it down to the lowest setting, it does not lock in place. It's also a little rough/uneven when rocking, it's not a smooth glide, which is kind of the whole point of the product. I wish I would have gotten the baby bjorn for more money.

To say we are obsessed with our Maxi-Cosi rocker might be an understatement. Not only are the design and colors beautiful, but this rocker is soft and comfortable. It comes already assembled and there are three different height settings for baby. It will fold flat for easy travel. You can choose to have it as a rocker or stationary and the padding removes easily for washing. Most importantly for us, our newborn absolutely loves it! We love it because it gives us a few minutes to get things done while still being able to interact with her. The only con I can see is that our car has tried to hijack it at times because it is so soft and comfy! If you're considering buying, do it! You won't regret it. I am so blown away by this chair. I can not think of 1 negative thing to say. This bouncer is very light weight, extremely comfortable, and one of my favorite features is that it closes completely flat. Great for storing while not in use. The whole seat comes unzipped for easy washing. The insert is also removable for older babies. I just cant say enough about this seat. Another amazing feature is there was NO assembly required! I have 4 children, and this is by far one of the most used baby gear items I have used!

My baby loves this rocker. There's not as much movement as I expected, so it's more of a stationary seat for him. But with the cozy newborn insert, he is snug, cozy, and happy to be in it while I'm getting some chores done. The design is beautiful. It's definitely a high end product and not the usual bright colored kids aesthetic. I also appreciate that it folds flat since I live in a small space.

I can't gush enough about this rocker!! We got it for our newborn and it's one of the only places we can put him down. It's so lightweight that I can easily pop it in the bathroom for a quick shower, or in the kitchen when I clean up. I love that he fits so snug in the rocker and it doesn't have the awkward angle that a lot of rockers can have, making their necks bend at a weird angle. So glad we spent the money on this!!

What can I say? Maxi-Cosi does it again. The Kori Rocker is so stylish, just like all other Maxi-Cosi products. It's very light weight and can easily be stored, which is so important to me. I have had other rockers and got rid of them because they were too hard to store for a long periods. This is beautiful to look at and it's slim. Will enjoy using daily and with future kids.
