None of the part numbers on the packages match the labels on the application. It would seem the application or the labels need updating. I would love to verify all parts are present and accounted for, but I can’t with mislabeled parts.

I Love Love Love this grill. I always wanted a Santa Maria grill but I didn’t want the boring black metal box look. This is a beautiful addition to the patio and I am very impressed with the quality of the heavy duty construction.

Doing the initial burns in the phone. My first use was with all the neighbors cooking up some Argentinian style skirt steak and Korean short ribs. It is extremely easy it control the heat with the adjustable height cook grates.

Impressive construction. This grill is heavy duty and a real pleasure to use. The brasero is easy to get rolling and has the added benefit of showing off. Good clean wood coals as a result. The bricks also retain heat.

I got this as a birthday present. Been toying around about getting a proper "parrilla" so my wife got this one for my birthday. Loved it. And I am from Argentina.

I have cooked on this Santa Maria Grill a few times, Tri tip, pork belly, ribs and corn. Going to use it for my Camp Dutch oven this weekend. It is awesome.

I bought this to cook outside my meat market , could not have gone wrong , one of the best grills I have had , ohhh and it’s an eye catcher lotsa folk always admire it along with my cooking!!

Went together easily all parts were aligned perfectly. Tools used were 9/16,7/16 end wrenches,torque bit for all screws and a Phillips screwdriver. Hard to believe after look at instructions showing tools needed. The unit impressed .

I am thrilled with the quality of the design. This is no light weight grill. Assembly was easy and done in under two hours. Firing it up today and already planning future feasts that will be prepared for friends and family.
