Very firm supporting foam.. holds my neck up & relieves pressure off my discs…

Pillow is too firm, too tight on neck, too hard, and too heavy to pick up. Needs a loop to grab by. Cannot use . Bought two.

Pushes your neck forward on a plane. Doesn't work to have something behind you if you're sitting up.
