Pillow is too firm, too tight on neck, too hard, and too heavy to pick up. Needs a loop to grab by. Cannot use . Bought two.

I like the neck pillow but it would be helpful if there was a piece of fabric or something to be able to put on your luggage when traveling.

at first it seemed pretty thick on my neck but the more i use it i really love it, it really helps keeping my neck in place while in my chair
