Foam was not one continuous piece , but two halves glued together and already starting to split apart inside a poorly fitted "mesh" bag. The outer cover instructions said NOT to Machine Wash and Dry like the covers for other brands of foam pillows that I have purchased . I am currently using it by using the cover for the old pillow that I had before this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this purchase. This pillow was bought as a gift for my partner who travels every month on long / short haul flights. It has brought him joy and enough rest on long haul planes! Now, every time he comes back home from his travels- he is always with a smile and enough rests ;) This is a recommended purchase for anyone who wants a good rest while they are travelling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the foam is a higher quality than the average travel pillow, but a snap to help secure the pillow to your backpack during travel would be a nice addition. also, a larger size for larger neck diameters would be nice.

I have been using this company's neck pillow and assuming that this travel pillow will have the same quality. However, I am disappointed as this pillow is very stiff and too tight around my neck. No return is allowed. I should have gone to Purple Pillows instead.

After many flights of either not being able to rest at all, or waking up with a massive neck ache, I'm so glad I finally bought tempurpedic's travel pillow. I can't take my entire tempurperdic bed with me, but having a pillow really helps! Kinda wish it had somewhere to clip it to a bag, but it's so comfortable and soft, it's a minor downside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old tempur pedic travel pillow that I used for years and was really amazing, unfortunately that pillow was lost and I ordered 2 new ones to replace my old one. The new pillows don't come near to the quality and feel of the old one. The new pillows feels like a cheap knockoff from malls or catalogs. the foam they use is super soft not firm, and is just plain horrible, I called customer service and their reply was since its just a pillow there is no return policy or no satisfaction guarantee. Stay away from this pillow, its not worth paying the extra money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this pillow to work, but it is so firm I don't feel like I can mold it at all against the plane seat with my neck. I am a smaller person, but I would still expect that it would provide support but be soft.

I've not been happy with the travel pillow for several reasons not a good thing i was Very surprised at the lack or poor quality in a temper brand product. I'll explain I'm a average size man 6ft1" 195 lbs the travel pillow is to small perfect size for a teen or preteen or petite lady. it's practically a flat design with very soft memory foam so it offers near zero support for any adult man it's also made with a zipper you don't put a zipper on any pillow it can and does poke or scratch a persons face Other than all this i do and will continue to use temperpedic however not what i want to see continue with its products so to some up the interior diameter felt like it needed to be a bit larger It feels like it's choking me the diameter of the support foam also larger and or firmer It feels like it just goes flat I like the dark blue exterior but would've like to have seen something with a bit more texture and no zipper also a pick your own wrap like a pillow case would be nice just my two cents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered two of these. They are extraordinarily hard, like rocks & not comfortable at all. Have had multiple "try" them and they agree they are incredibly stiff & uncomfortable. Own multiple tempurpedic products that I love, but these fall well below the threshold of acceptability.

i have used and used and used this product, on the road and at home every night. this is the first item i pack for a trip. great for getting some rest on the plane, at the airport, in the car or when the hotel pillow just isn't right. having your pepper medic friend along can really make the trip better.
