[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially bought this for plane rides, but I ended up going in a different direction for more support sitting upright. I ended up using this on the couch while leaning back in a lounging position, and it has been a game changer for my neck pain. My wife kept stealing it so I bought a second one.

We bought "Travel pillow" and "Comfort Pillow-Ttravel" few months ago, and love it. Sleep quality is great, my neck pain seems to evaporate, it's very soothing and refreshing to sleep or rest on these. Travel pillow is firmest, Comfort Pillow-Travel seems to be one step less firmer. About 10 years ago we got "Tempur-Neck Pillow" which is very soft. Our Tempur-Neck Pillow has been used quiet heavily every single day, it still keeps its shape though it seems little bit mushy, since we got now these 2 new firmer babies .... My preference is the firmer feel, we do road trips every year across U.S. travel to Europe, but I love to use them every day. I would recommend these and wish they would make the Tempur-Neck Pillow from same firmer material as the Travel Pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just took a trip to Mexico with our Tempurpedic travel pillows. They were supportive and comfortable through the flights. We love them just like our other Tempurpedic beds and pillows. Highly recommended.

After many flights of either not being able to rest at all, or waking up with a massive neck ache, I'm so glad I finally bought tempurpedic's travel pillow. I can't take my entire tempurperdic bed with me, but having a pillow really helps! Kinda wish it had somewhere to clip it to a bag, but it's so comfortable and soft, it's a minor downside.

To be clear: this is the exact same material as the full-sized pillow that I love and keeps me pain free (hence three stars). That said, the half-sized travel pillow is a nightmare if you roll back and forth, even just a few times, when you sleep. Your head literally falls off the pillow because of its firm, squared-off design. If you remain stationary while you sleep, it would be fabulous. But I don't and thought it was worth a try since I travel a lot. Alas, it did not work for me.

I purchased this travel pillow prior to my posterior cervical decompression and fusion C2-T1 surgery after reading reviews. The firmness is perfect to control my neck/ head. I am 4 weeks post-op and could not have made it without this travel pillow!! I knew that my neurosurgeon did not order a hard cervical collar post-op. This travel pillow has been perfect to sleep in and when pain is mounting. For 6 weeks where I can not bend, turn, or twist my neck, this pillow is just what I need!! This was truly a great investment!!

I have had other travel pillows, but this is the best ever. It comfortably supports my head and neck while catching a nap during travel. I am so happy I got this.
