I have been using the shine serum for years. It was the only thing that kept my hair frizz free. However, with the addition of the argan oil, it's just greasy now. I've tried the other anti frizz products but none of them are like the original formula. I've looked everywhere for the formula without argan oil and can not find it anywhere. Now I use Chi products which are way more expensive, but they don't leave my hair greasy.

Love the way it made my hair feel! Super soft, and frizz free! And super shiny!!! It never made my hair feel weighted down or super oily like some other brands that I've tried.. I love the bottle as well! Not having to worry about opening a snap top or unscrewing the lid makes it so much easier.

My hair is normally slightly on the dry damaged side, but some products make my hair very oily. This product didn’t make my hair oily at all. It made my hair look and feel healthier. It was much smoother and very shiny. You really do have to be careful with the product though. I only used maybe a dime sized amount, and I have shoulder length hair that’s pretty course. I think if I would have used more than that it would have left my hair feeling too oily. Overall, I loved this product and others with dry frizzy hair should try it.

I have super curly hair and I live in the south. It's always humid or raining which makes it pretty much impossible to have great straight hair day. This is the only product that has been able to tame my frizz while keeping my hair flowing and soft. It's really light and doesn't leave my hair feelin greasy, which I love. I had the opportunity to try the Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine line and after a week of using this serum I can totally see a difference in my hair. My hair looks healthy, easy to manage and less frizz. I would say this is for people with normal to dry hair or combo hair types. This serum is infused with protein treatments like keratin and argon oil so it's best suited for hair that lacks protein and is dry. I would totally recommend this product if you have damaged, frizzy hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum in use with my normal shampoo and conditioner treatment and let me tell you, there is such a difference! It gives a lightly oiled feeling to it. Not heavy and not slick. It just give a gentle shine to my hair while keeping it from being super frizzy, a problem I commonly have since I have bleached and colored my hair quite a few times. I love the gentle fragrance as well! It gives it a fun and fruity feel. I would definitely rebuy!

The applicator is a mascara like wand and the “oil” has a hint of thickness to it. I know any oil product I put on will make my hair look greasy so I went in with a very light hand. This definitely takes my hair and it stayed down the whole day with out any touch ups and my hair didn’t look greasy BUT i did notice my hair get darker when I applied this (the darkness you get from grease and oil). If you aren’t careful I’m sure it’ll look a bit greasy but if you’re very light handed and scrape some off, this can work. Overall, I like having this option on hand and like the concept.

It completely messed up my hair when I changed. I recently was able to go back to my original shampoo and conditioner but my hair still wasn't the way it was before. I was actually getting pretty depressed about it, and self conscious. The 1st time I put on the Garnier Anti Frizz serum it worked; my hair went from dry, dead split ends (and everywhere else) to BEAUTIFUL GODDESS HAIR!
