I got this pillow as a gift a few years ago (from Europe). I love it so much that I got a second one (in the USA) because the original was getting too soft. The new one seemed much softer than the first one!!!!

I guess once they sell you the product you are on your own. Speaks volumes about their expectation of the longevity of the pillow if they don't think it warrants a replacement cover. Very disappointing.

I love my regular tempurpedic pillow and was hoping this would be the same or similar - just smaller. It was much taller and firmer than my regular pillow and by the end of a week vacation using it I had thrown my neck out. Just not for me.

I think both these pillows are probably really good, but it is winter time and they are rock hard. I think I need to wait until warmer weather to use them so that they will soften.
