[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the softness of this pillow. I would suggest splurging and getting the ones with the cooling covers. I'm a small petite woman. I think pillow provides good support/alignment, however I do prefer my pillows a little bit more on the firmer side and this one is slightly too soft. Overall, great quality for the price. Would always suggest trying these pillows in the store first.

That's why when I saw buy one get one I knew it was time. I've been telling everyone they have to buy them while the deal is still going on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow only takes a couple nights to break in, then I've had some of the deepest sleep I've experienced in years. The soft foam cradles your head and pushes on the part of the brain that creates wild dreams, a sign you're in deep sleep. I'll buy another one when it's time to replace this one.

Only downside is if I'm too close to the edge of the pillow because of how soft it is the pillow collapses and causes whatever part of my head that is on the edge of it to touch the mattres or slide off the pillow.

This pillow is great because I mostly sleep on my back but, I do transition to my side and it'd be nice to have a little more support for that. First time tempur-pedic pillow user and it's pretty nice. Using this pillow has helped reduce the amount of neck and back pain I've experienced through the years with other pillows, it's a great comfort, I am considering a bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm petite and the pillow is a little too high for me. It has a nice soft feel and does collapse down a bit. I use it when I'm sick and laying on the couch and want to sit up higher. But on the bed it is too high.

I purchased the Cloud Pillow during a Buy 1-Get 1 free sale, and it's the best decision I've made for my sleep in a long time. It's firm enough to support my neck, but soft enough for a good night's sleep. Absolutely recommend this pillow.
