I was a down pillow user before and fluffed/adjusted my pillow each night. I no longer have to do that - this pillow does it automatically with its memory foam filling. I prefer soft pillows and this one was perfect for me. It's also a good size and fills up a standard pillowcase. Worth every penny! I ordered a second set for my children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pessimistic about paying so much for a pillow, but (in retrospect) it's totally worth it for something I'll be using all night every night. Even without a new mattress, I sleep better without random pains when I wake up. It still sleeps like new months later! I got a different brand of pillow when traveling out of town, and even though it felt similar in the store, it didn't keep the right temperature and started losing resilience before I even got back home. So lesson learned-I'll be packing my "good pillow" next time. Sleep on it at least a week - there's definitely an adjustment period where I thought it's was terrible for a night or two. But then I started sleeping so much better and deeper, and waking more rested.

I have had this pillow for a week. I must say this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever used. I have had numerous surgeries on my Cervical Spine and this is the only pillow I will be using for now on, I finally can sleep thru the night without major pain. I purchased 2 at a great price and recommended this pillow to a couple of friends, one of which purchased 2 as well. If you are looking for a great comfortable sturdy pillow, this is it!

I've always heard that these pillows are great. Even after working with them I was skeptical (I always just thought it's just another competition) after purchasing my new mattress (not tempurpedic) five years ago, I also got some new pillows. The mattress was good for the first week, then the aching back and neck came to play. After living with it for 5 years, I finally got my hands on two of these pillows. I was skeptical, the first night my head sank into the pillow as of it wasn't there. I thought "that can't be good!" But woke up the next morning, no sore neck, and little less back pain. A week later, I got two more pillows and a mattress topper (not Tempur-Pedic, sorry guys) but let me say this, the combination of the four new pillows and topper has turned my painful nights, into restful mornings. Warning: let your products air out for at least a day when you get them. There is a slight odor. But other than that, best thing ever. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

It will flatten out pretty easily under weight, so if you like more support, I'd recommend another pillow underneath. Personally, I like to hug my pillows, and this is not the best for that, but I just reach for another pillow to hug and place this under my head. Super comfy head pillow and I never wake up with neck pains.

I also experience frequent migraine headaches. Since using my Tempur-Pedic pillow, I have been able to fall asleep a lot easier and rest comfortably. I could not believe it! A single pillow is the perfect height and when I put my head on it, it supports it exactly where there is need. However, it is on the firmer side, so if you are used to feeling like you are surrounded by puffy clouds when you sleep, this may feel a bit awkward at first.

I purchased a pair of TEMPUR-Cloud pillows solely because of my satisfaction with the TEMPUR-Breeze mattress purchased last year. They have the same texture and comfort as the bed. Although they are firmer than other pillows, they are truly comfortable and I will stick with these.
