This pillow wasn't as contouring to my neckline as I was hoping it would be. While it is somehow both a soft and dense memory-foam type material, I didn't find it to be comfortable at all. I gave this pillow a try for about a week, and every morning I woke up with pain in my neck.

And so I did my research and got the cloud pillow and I'm so glad! I don't need six pillows on my bed anymore. Just the 2 cloud pillows. Definitely recommend if you need another pillow but not sure which route to go. It's has just the right amount of firmness to not leave you with pain but soft enough to really feel like you're sleeping on a cloud.

Removing the pillow covers was the best decision I made when it came to these pillows. In my opinion the cover made the pillows too stiff and I prefer a very soft pillow. I honestly didn't care for the fabric of the covers either... they have a rough cotton feel and it's very drying for your hair and skin as you sleep. Had a hard time getting a good nights rest prior to removing the covers, but now I feel great and the pillow feels just as described!

They are both soft and supportive which we have found to be a hard combination to get right. They are by far the most comfortable pillows, for sleeping, that we have ever owned.

I am able to sleep throughout the night with great neck support due to the contour of the pillow and firm but enveloping material. I now wake up pain free after 26 years of chronic neck pain! I really enjoy that it has a low profile, so it resembles a regular pillow while at the same provides the comfort of Tempur-Pedic. If you are looking to try out Tempur-Pedic for the first time, this is the pillow for you. However, for those already familiar with Tempur-Pedic I would recommend getting a pillow with a higher profile.

Bought this pillow after trying over 10+ different brands and have not looked back since. It conforms to your neck while alleviating pain and discomfort. I got the starting pillow but it stays cool and always goes back to being fluffy and not staying flat. Not much negative I can say about the pillows since they are the best I've owned.
