[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read in other reviews that this pillow helped relieve neck pain which was a selling point for me. Always having to go to the chiropractor but not anymore. This pillow has helped me so much. I sleep better and I have no neck pain. Grateful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-Cloud Pillow is the most comfortable pillow I've slept on. I switch off between this and Tempur-Symphony, but a great night's sleep is waiting for me with the Cloud pillow. Honesty, I love them both.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow provides the perfect balance of comfort and support for both back and side sleepers, helping me wake up pain-free. It stays in place, adjusts easily with my bed, and has been the best solution for my neck problems.

This pillow is very soft and plush. Somewhat of a snuggle pillow or something you have for decoration. It does not, in my opinion give proper shoulder and neck support. I can not sleep on this pillow on its own as it sinks in and becomes flat once you lay your head on it.

I'm a side/back sleeper. I found that when used on my side-it was a bit dense on my ear. A bit uncomfortable. When sleeping on my back it was a lot more comfortable. Granted, intended for primarily back sleepers. It stays pretty cool, can flip when it's getting warm. It's definitely a heavier pillow. I did the BOGO and gave one away, they've enjoyed it quite a bit. Quality is much better than a box store pillow, but I have another from Purple that I enjoy more. Would recommend for back sleepers to try, YMMV.

My daughter surprised me with one for Christmas and after having surgery, I could even sleep on my back for some time - this pillow helped me tremendously! It also seems to have helped with the wrinkles on my face from always using standard pillows! I wish I would have found this pillow years ago!

I purchased this pillow for my husband who sleeps on his back and uses a CPAP machine. From the very first night he has enjoyed better sleep. When traveling last week he took it along and continued to sleep well. We are both very satisfied with this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were introduced when staying with our grandkids while their parents were away and while using their guest room. Wow -- we slept better than in a long time. Now own 6 pillows between our house, our cottage and our guest room.

I guess my husband and I were expecting a huge change in our sleep, but honestly we toss these to the floor every night and still use our own pillows. They were definitely not thick enough. I'm a tummy sleeper and my husband is a back/side sleeper. It literally did not work for either of us ☹️ Highly disappointed, we definitely expected more. We called customer service and they would not refund or store credit.
