I have issues with my neck from an accident a couple of years ago. This pillow gives me great support throughout the night and I wake up without any tightness or spasms.

I bought the peanut pillow to put between my knees while I slept, it wasn't big enough or dense enough to keep my knees from touching so I have it on a shelf not using it.
