I can sleep on my back, side or stomach with comfort and NOT wake up with my neck hurting or a headache. Will be buying pillows for Christmas gifts!

It is indeed all purpose pillow. I used them all the time sometimes on my back, sometimes like a boppy, most of the time for my neck. It's worth it!
