The thing that sold me on this pillow was camping. i brought the travel pillow and a normal sized pillow. First night I tossed the normal pillow aside and used the travel pillow. I was amazed what a good night sleep I was able to get on this tiny little thing. Very comfortable. I also use it when I'm reading. I put it behind my neck and I sit with it behind my back when I'm on the couch. Very useful, very comfortable.

Unfortunately these pillows are much firmer than we had anticipated. We took advantage of the buy one get one deal. My son and his wife had a enjoys their pillows so we thought we would be receiving a similar product. I wish we had of saved our money.

I fly for work often. Sometimes up to 14 hours at a time. I bought this pillow to use on flights. It works great. I use the loop on the end to hook it to the outside of my backpack so it is easy to carry and doesn't take up a lot of room. If my back gets sore I sometimes put it behind my back as a lumbar support. I also sometimes put it on it's end on the try in front of me and lay forward to use it as a pillow. It works great just as a normal pillow as well. It always returns to its original form. I had a bead pillow before this but this is much better. It has a little bit of a smell when you first start using it but it goes away pretty quickly. I would suggest buying it a few weeks before you need it to let it air out a little bit. It's proven to be rugged and comfortable. It's been with me all over Asia and Central America. I would highly recommend this for people who spend a lot of times on planes.

I was a little skeptical about what the pillow claims to do for sleeping preferences, but wow what a pleasant surprise, very happy with. I can now sleep comfortably in either a side or back position and sleep well and not wake up feeling tired or sore from sleeping with the wrong pillow.

Bought a pair of these pillows because of the great advertising and amazing deal. I was really hoping this would be "the pillow". I must say, the quality of the material and cushion are there but it's not thick enough. The picture made it look like the perfect thickness, but once they came in I saw otherwise. If this pillow were 1 1/2-2x the thickness, it would be PERFECT. After trying them out I saw I am stuck with them and can't return them. If you like a flatter pillow this is perfect for you. For me, my search continues.

I bought the adjustable chopped memory foam pillow online after stuffing to find a pillow for weeks, and this by far has been the worst. No support, and you feel every piece of foam throughout the night. Better off without a pillow. I dread going to sleep at night with this thing.

The Tempur-Pedic, All-Purpose pillow is a most excellent and versatile pillow. It gives the best support to the neck, as it offers the best cradle without kink I have ever found. Having multiple degenerative issues with my neck, excellent support is essential. This great little pillow fills the bill. It can also be rotated slightly for side sleeping, using one end under the neck, and the slight center recess to cradle the jaw. I have been using mine for over three years. It performs every bit as good as it did three years ago, after nightly use. There is no need for another specialty pillow for travel. It fits well enough into a carry-on or oversized purse. It is also compact enough to coordinate with the head rest on my pickup seat. It is great to be able to travel with fulfilled hope of being able to enjoy the adventure, rather than an agonizing stiff neck and spastic shoulders. I would sooner leave home without my credit card than this wonderful little pillow. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!!!

We've had the pillows for more than four months, and never had a neck pain since then. It really conforms to your neck shape while providing support. Definitely recommend this product.

I have had Tempur-Pedic mattresses for years. While they are great I decided to try the pillows. I bought a two pack one for my wife and myself. She wouldn't use it saying it was to stiff for her. I thought it was OK but it made my head itch. I decided to wash it and see if that would help. It didn't. The pillow soaked in the water and it is impossible to wring it out. It is also now deformed. It has been setting now for a month and is still not dry. It already spent 4 hours in the dryer on delicate. Sorry Tempur-Pedic, I cannot recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While in bed, I usually use a pillow to elevate my hips to put less strain on the back. This all-purpose pillow does a good job for this purpose because of its firmness (but not too hard that it causes pain). It's really nice and huggable too, and makes a great travel pillow, albeit on the bulky side. I can see myself getting many years of use from this pillow, and so I think it's good value for money.
