I would leave no stars but unfortunately one is necessary. I recently purchased 3 of these overpriced pillows. When I received them I realized they were too firm. The pillows were never used. They told me the pillows were not returnable. How ridiculous. This company needs to stand behind its products and provide a guarantee with purchase. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

This pillow is saving my back and is small enough to take with me wherever I go! The little strap is useful, the black color is unobtrusive, the size is portable, and the cover is washable. Perfect!

Bought this pillow with very high expectations but was disappointed. The pillow is extremely flat and doesn't provide much support. Also despite being memory foam, it also doesn't re-form itself very quickly. Being summer time, it sleeps extremely warm and not at all comfortable. I don't recommend this pillow

Why did I wait so long! Pricey but worth it. Now I don't wanna get out of bed. First night slept in woke up with ZERO pain for the first time. Amazing. Decided new mattress needs new pillows. Like nothing I've ever had before, wasn't sure I'd like them, but I do! Sink into them and drift off.

I have one that I use for neck support and lumbar support in the car on long trips. It even works as support between your knees when sleeping on your side. I whole-heartedly recommend this all purpose pillow.

I received this item over a year ago and continue to use it each night to relax my neck muscles when going to bed. The product to this day has kept it's peanut shape as well as it's firmness as the day I unwrapped the package it came in. The removable & washable cover has also held up. Bascally after using this product for 365 days or more the cover might be a little less blue but it continues to hold up. Well worth the price I paid.

I just got off the phone with the most obnoxious supervisor customer service rep a Tempur-pedic. I purchased two pillows for my kids and they informed me that they were not the exact type that they wanted. I returned them to the store only to be told that the store cannot accept returns and the rep gave me a phone number to call to get them exchanged. I have previously purchased many pillows and in fact have exchanged them for a different neck support pillow in the stores. I was then told in such a derogatory way that the pillows are not returnable when purchased online totally different than my previous experience in the store I was told in the store that they actually sold me older style pillows, and some sort of special for Labor Day. The customer service representative was so horrible and obnoxious and told me that it was in the print online before I purchased however I had previously purchased many pillows as I said in the store and somehow I didn't see the small print saying they were not returnable. It certainly was not a warning prior to purchasing them as I never would have done so. Now I am stuck with these pillows that no one wants that were expensive I just wanted to warn people that they are horrible with Customer service and buy any products but theirs as they don't value your business and treated me horribly. If I could give them zero stars I would have.

This pillow doesn't work for me, doesn't keep my knees apart I like Tempur-pedic products this one is too small over the course of a night the foam compresses can't return it very disappointed.

Unfortunately these pillows are much firmer than we had anticipated. We took advantage of the buy one get one deal. My son and his wife had a enjoys their pillows so we thought we would be receiving a similar product. I wish we had of saved our money.

I fly for work often. Sometimes up to 14 hours at a time. I bought this pillow to use on flights. It works great. I use the loop on the end to hook it to the outside of my backpack so it is easy to carry and doesn't take up a lot of room. If my back gets sore I sometimes put it behind my back as a lumbar support. I also sometimes put it on it's end on the try in front of me and lay forward to use it as a pillow. It works great just as a normal pillow as well. It always returns to its original form. I had a bead pillow before this but this is much better. It has a little bit of a smell when you first start using it but it goes away pretty quickly. I would suggest buying it a few weeks before you need it to let it air out a little bit. It's proven to be rugged and comfortable. It's been with me all over Asia and Central America. I would highly recommend this for people who spend a lot of times on planes.
