I found the pillow better for my back than as a pillow between my legs, It was too small to use at night between my legs. I prefer the small temperpedic pillow for that. I use this pillow for my back.

Perfect shape and softness to provide the support I need. I own several of these and will buy them as gifts. I suffer from migraines with cervical spine issues and this particular pillow is divine. Very happy!
