It was an Ok pillow, felt good at first but then started to have neck and back pain especially when I sleep on my side

Thought this was solution to migraines. Quite the opposite. I have had a month straight of headaches because of this pillow.

It's a firm pillow but once you get used to it hard to sleep with anything else.

Pillow is soft and a great size. Provides good support at night

Not helpful for those with neck pain. Thickness forces your neck to be in an upward tilt.
