Quality is not same as last one I bought few years ago. The feel is lighter and not as comfortable as my older one. Disappointed!

Pillow is advertised as good for side sleepers but is way too firm. Tempur-pedicure will also not accept the pillows back for a return

We liked it at first because it was super soft but since the snow came out pillows have been pretty hard and uncomfortable even with the heater on.
