This pillow is designed like the first Tempur-pedic pillow I got but not quite the same feel. It's a little smaller.

Quality and comfort product

**Tempur-Pedic Essential Pillow**

These pillows basically flatten once your head is on them, leaving no support. As someone with neck problems, I was really hopeful this pillow would've helped ease some of my neck pain especially for the price I paid, but it doesn't. Now we're stuck with 2 $100 pillows that we don't use to sleep on because they aren't comfortable.

Not as good as we expected

When I needed to start using a wedge pillow for reflux, the large neck pillow that I had was too high.  The Symphony is a lower profile than what I had so I instantly slept through the night with my neck in a comfortable position since I am a side sleeper.  Huge and fast solution to a problem affecting my sleep and my neck comfort!!
