Nice size with plush medium firmness. Very happy with this product.

Not helpful for those with neck pain. Thickness forces your neck to be in an upward tilt.

I don't wake up with shoulder pain. I sleep better

Pillows are extremely flat and not very comfortable

The pillow is comfortable, but way too small. Definitely a bigger version would work.
