[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this pillow had a nice quality feel but didn't work for me as a side sleeper. It felt too thin for side sleeping. I do like tempur-pedic's body pillow though.

This pillow is supposed to be for side or back sleepers BUT it comes with no instructions or guidance. It is useful, it is high quality but different.

This is far more than comfortable. My husband sleep like a vampire (or snow white？) this provide better support to both his neck and back. He's back pain went away the second day with this new pillow.
