It took about two weeks to get used to this pillows firmness and shaping, but once I did Id have to say it has helped greatly with my neck and allows me to get a much better night's rest. I would definitely recommend trying this for anyone with neck problems.

Had the original pillows from years ago which were great, but the new ones are absolute GARBAGE. First, the material is not as dense as the original and feels cheap. Second, the pillow is TINY. It looks like a children's pillow. We have the Lux Adapt Soft King mattress and it is wonderful, but the pillows are low quality garbage. DO NOT BUY. You have been warned, and have only yourself to blame for the purchase.

This is a perfect pillow. Both sides are comfortable and I sleep much better now. After years and years of searching for a perfect pillow I finally found it in the Symphony pillow. I sleep on both my side and back and this pillow works for both sleep positions. Not too firm and not too soft. Just perfect for me.

When searching for a neck pillow, I decided to purchase both the neck pillow and the Symphony pillow to decide which I liked better, but I loved them both, and I definitely plan to order more for our guest room!

It's a nice pillow. I just wish it was a little bit thicker and a little bit firmer but it's very nice. I put another pillow I have underneath it which is a thin little foam pillow and it works fine

This pillow is tremendously better than an average department store pillow. Soft and comfortable and has improved my sleep. The only reason for a 4 rating is I was hoping it would be a bit more softer.

Initially when I lay down, the pillow is at decent height. But as I sink in my shoulders become pinched through the night. I wake up with neck and shoulder pain, pretty disappointing for a pillow this cost.

I've been forced to sleep on my back as of recent due to some hip injuries - so, this is a great pillow with solid support and nice materials. It works well for sleeping on my back and side, though it may be a bit firm for those who prefer a very soft pillow. Quality feels durable, and it holds its shape nicely. I’m satisfied with the purchase.

I have Kyphosis and this pillow aggravated my neck and back pain, causing me to have a severe flareup. I called Tempurpedic but they cannot and will not do an exchange. It is their policy. Period. So, for me, the pillow did not offer the "one of a kind pressure relief" they advertise.
