I have been using this make/model pillow for over 25 yrs. I purchased a new one a few months back. I knew it wasn't the same when I picked the package up. It's lighter in weight than my original pillow from years ago. The firmness is diminished (likely due to its lightweight). My neck pain is worse with this pillow, to the extent that I switched back to my original pillow that's worn out but still better on my neck. If you're going to cheap up a product, you should charge less. Those who haven't purchased/used this product as long as I have, wouldn't know it's not the same.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I was really disappointed in this pillow. It's supposed to be good for sleeping on your back on one side and for sleeping on your side on the other side, but neither side is comfortable, unfortunately. I would not recommend this pillow, and wish I could return it. It may be good for a head rest in a car or on a couch. I have not tried that yet.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I used to LOVE this pillow and would recommend it to everyone that I knew. For the first time in a long time, I would sleep comfortably without ANY neck pain. It truly felt like a cloud supporting me. It was that time to repurchase them again as the older ones had started to lose its efficacy and give. Well, I’m not sure if they altered how these are produced or if I just got a dud order, but they were both exceptionally flat. They didn’t provide the support they once had and I felt like I sank to the bed instead of once being propped up comfortably. I showed my friends and family because I thought I was going crazy and they all agreed they could feel it flatten immediately. I showed them the old pillow that had lost its give beside the new pillow and they were clearly different. Finally, I reached out to support as I had JUST purchased them a week or so prior to see if maybe I could receive a replacement or something and would return the ones I had just received because I was certain I just received a dud this and this product has to still be great. Unfortunately, support was not helpful at all and denied my ability to refund in anyway even though there is a “5 year warranty.” I’ve always loved this brand and respected its products over others because of the quality you’d receive. That seems to no longer be the case. Even more so, any company that doesn’t honor its policies being as massive of a corporation as they are, well now you’ve lost brand trust. Now, I use this pillow as a sometimes leg pillow just so my knees don’t touch. Do yourself a favor, research other brands and products.

I’m a side sleeper with a long history of tossing and turning trying to get my neck and shoulders comfortable at the same time. I saw the Symphony pillow on Facebook and though I was skeptical, decided to give it a try. The improvement in comfort was immediate, — even my sleep score on my watch improved. I can even lie on my back using the reverse side if I want, which I’ve never been able to do comfortably. Great pillow!

When I opened the package, I was surprised the pillow was so flat. I thought it needed 24-48hrs to plump up, but no, it remained flat. It is not a comfortable pillow. As soon as I lay on the pillow, my head goes down to the mattress. There’s no support. I wish I could return these. The quality and support from this pillow are not inline with the cost of the pillow. I will not buy another Tempurpedic pillow.

I was very surprised how disappointed I was when trying this pillow. It’s very stiff/firm and just did not work as described in the ad. And since it’s a personal pillow there is no option for a refund or even a credit. I threw this one away. Very disappointed

I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, and this one honestly surprised me. The dual-sided design is perfect because I can choose the flatter side when sleeping on my back and the more contoured side when I’m on my side. The TEMPUR material really holds its shape and gives consistent neck support throughout the night without feeling too firm or too soft. Since switching to this pillow, I wake up with noticeably less neck stiffness and better overall comfort. It feels premium and well made, and you can tell it’s designed for proper alignment. Definitely worth the investment if you want real support instead of a pillow that goes flat after a few months.

This is a perfect pillow. Both sides are comfortable and I sleep much better now. After years and years of searching for a perfect pillow I finally found it in the Symphony pillow. I sleep on both my side and back and this pillow works for both sleep positions. Not too firm and not too soft. Just perfect for me.

The only thing that I can say is “ROCK!” I bought one in BoGo so the second was free. Blhahaha! I can even use one! Nope, dont even ask me if i I would like to send back thats not worth my time either! I shouldn’t have to send back. Especially, if you dont offer that option! Sincerely, No, sleep since Brooklyn!
