I used to flip my pillow over and over seeking the cool and comfortable side until sleep set in. My Tempurpedic pillow is very comfortable from the time I put my head on it until I go to sleep. It doesn't seem to get hot.

I purchased two of these for my wife, and she is beyond happy. Since she started sleeping with them, she's now able to sleep through the night. As a plus for me she's stopped snoring as well. I will be purchasing more for myself.
