[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that is still the same about the symphony pillow is the shape and cover, the feel is way to soft now. I miss the Rhapsody and Allura feel, it's now to Cloud, very very disappointed.

I bought two of the symphony pillows and will be buying more! I don't wake up with a sore neck and I can fall asleep a lot faster than before. Even my friends who helped me move to my new place are eager to get their own.

My neck and my back has so much pain. Not worth it. It causes me headaches and discomfort. Quite disappointed and I can not return it because of the no return policy. So choose wisely!

I was in a car wreck many years ago and this pillow is the best I've found for my neck. I love how the two sides are different. That way, I have more options. My last Tempurpedic pillow lasted five years which makes it a good value for the price.

Purchased the Symphony pillow with HIGH hopes. Didn't help my neck pain and caused a headache. I'm saddened! Was really hopeful that I'd found the right pillow for me:( My search continues!
