I bought two of the symphony pillows and will be buying more! I don't wake up with a sore neck and I can fall asleep a lot faster than before. Even my friends who helped me move to my new place are eager to get their own.

The pillow is too soft and does not perform as described or support as described. I am very very disappointed in this product, and found out it is also non-returnable so i wasted money and still have neck problems

This pillow is made from high quality materials. It feels very comfortable if you are a side sleeper. For those who sleep on their backs it is a little bit to high and hard.
