It's alreadyA thin pillow, then it flattens so much, i might as well be laying on the bed itself. Im not sure how this got so many good reviews but it's the worst pillow I ever had

We were told that you don't make king size pillows so we bought these on a buy one get one free and that wasn't even worth it. We found the king size pillows and will have to buy new ones.

Was uncertain of which pillow to purchase and tried the queen sized symphony pillow and have been very pleased with my purchase . I have been using the temper-pedic pillows for a few years for neck issues and have been happy with their product.

I wish they had offered a 100 night trial because now we have these terribly uncomfortable pillows and nothing to do with them. They're supposed to provide neck support but they just hurt both of our necks - we bought two.
