This pillow is incredibly comfortable. It is the right balance of soft and supportive. I ordered one for myself, while my wife ordered a different pillow. A few weeks later, she loved mine so much we ended up ordering one for her as well.

I had high hopes for this pillow but was very disappointed. I guess they're ok for a guest room. The pile is very low, the shape is odd too. I think maybe a small child would like it.

Out of the six pillows purchased from Tempurpedic this year the Symphony Pillow is by far the worst! I can't imagine whom this was made for as it's the most uncomfortable pillow I've tried from Tempurpedic.

I was disappointed in this pillow. I found it hard and with no give. It actually made my neck issues worse. I bought this based on the reviews and description.
