[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered for my husband and decided to try for myself. I was surprised how much I like this pillow. I usually like squishier pillows but I love the support and comfort of this. It really does fit to you for comfort and is really comfortable if you sleep on your side too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to get another set of the Symphony (side-sleeper) Tempur-Pedic pillows like the ones I got when I purchased my mattress several years ago. But the quality of the new Symphony pillows I received is nothing like the older Tempur-Pedic pillows I've been using. These new pillows are smaller than a normal standard-size pillow (they swim in the pillowcase), and they are much lighter and less dense so they compress down flat which makes it hard to get any head support as a side sleeper. They are not comfortable at all and my husband and I are disappointed as we both get neck and shoulder pain with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow feels really nice and is defiantly luxurious. However, it does not provide enough support for my head. After a couple of nights sleeping on it, I had some neck pain and went back to my old foam pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the pillow is made of a good conforming material. I think it's much better for stomach sleepers and back sleepers. I don't think it works well for side sleepers, which is what they say it's recommended for. I think it should be kind of higher up and Moore squared off for someone that is a slide sleeper on the edges. I also wish they had made it in a larger size in king size not just in standard size and it is definitely smaller than standard size. Also, it has an issue with an odor that does not seem to go away completely. Overall, I am a little disappointed with this purchase.

Just bought 2 more. I use this on top and thin non memory pillow below. Fine neck and back support.

I got the back sleeper pillow, and it was way too hard. Had worse neck ache than I've had in a long time. Wasted my money. I use it to sit on.

the firmness is perfect for me, however another 1/2 inch to inch in height would be a better thickness to support my head while side-lying.
