[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have degenerative disk disease and MS in my neck. I can sleep through the night and pain during the day is less. I've tried numerous high end pillows through out the years and nothing helped.

My head can't stay on/in the pillow. After a few mins, I feel myself slip downward and there is nothing to support my neck. Neither side of the pillow could support it. And the agent from customer service is very tough.
