The pillow is okay but not as comfortable as I was expecting. It is somewhat helping my neck issue but not completely. The pillow does not feel luxurious when I lay my head on it. In fact, it feels rather hard instead of comforting support. I'm "making it work" for now until I can find just the right pillow. Unfortunately, this isn't it - disappointing for how much it cost.

First of all, let me start with the good. The pillows were well constructed and seemed high quality as I would expect. However, they are much firmer than I would have been led to believe. Also, the contours on either side of the pillow seemed interesting (and are what made me interested in this in the first place) but ended up being very awkward to use in practice. I just wasn't sure how to position the pillow to take advantage of them. It sounds stupid, but some instructional 'pictures' of recommended positioning against the head and neck would have been appreciated. I'll be going make to my standard 'original style' Tempur-Pedic pillows even though they are getting quite old now.

Both were a perfect fit and my plan was to alternate between the two. However, my some loved the symphony so much that it now belongs to him. I would definitely buy again!

I've been searching for a pillow that supports my neck and doesn't leave me waking up with a headache and this is it! I feel like I'm resting my head on a cloud. My neck isn't bent at an awkward angle and I'm not having to fluff it every night. It's supportive, comfortable and high quality. I'm so happy I made this purchase!

We bought these to replace Symphony pillows that we had for several years. They are absolutely not the same as they used to be. These are very lightweight, and the material is super smushable, it isn't nearly as firm or supportive as it used to be. By the end of the night my head is practically on the mattress. These might be great if you want a very soft, very flat type of pillow, but jut don't do it for us. If you loved your old one, you're in for a disappointment.

I am a medium build woman with square shoulders that measure about 5 inches out, and I sleep on my side and back. This pillow is perfect for me in either position, and I love that it's soft and not too firm but still feels supportive. It also is just right as a between-the-legs pillow since it's not too thick. The Tempur-Cloud pillow is not supportive enough for me, and the Tempur-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow was way too firm for me, felt like a rock. My elderly husband loves his Tempur-Adapt Pro + Cooling Lo pillow, but that one is too soft and too flat for me. He likes it because he wears an oxygen cannula at night that wraps around his ears, so a firm or high pillow hurts his ears. These Tempur pillows are expensive; however, both my husband and I suffer from chronic neck and back pain, and the right pillow truly makes a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Symphony pillow from years ago and I ordered a replacement for myself and my wife. The new pillow was thinner, softer, had less length and depth and was not comfortable. I kept my old pillow, but my wife had thrown hers out and did not sleep well on this pillow. With her not sleeping well I ordered us both the cloud cool breeze pillow and we both love it. The foam and the height of the pillow were more like my old Symphony pillow and I found a new favorite pillow.
