When they arrived, we knew we needed to give them time to "break in"- my husband says his is "okay" but I was waking up with so much neck pain or discomfort that I couldn't force myself to just get used to it anymore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with Tempur-Pedic pillows 15 years ago. The one I got (can't remember the name) was HEAVY, a true memory foam pillow. When I laid on it, it cradled my head, supported my neck, kept my head, neck, body aligned through the whole night. It was the same material, same firmness, same heaviness they use in their body pillows today. But after 15 years, I needed new pillows. I ordered the Symphony because it looked exactly like what I had before. BOY WAS I WRONG!! They may look the same but they are NOT. These Symphony pillows are so light and fluffy. They don't gently cradle your head, support your neck or keep your body aligned while you sleep. After about 3 min, the pillow is smashed down and deflated. Your head sinks in the pillow because there's ZERO support. The Contour pillows are worse. They are not firm by any means. So I will be buying a body pillow and taking it to a quilting store to have it cut in half to make two normal, just as I remember them, firm Tempur-Pedic pillows. If you like light and fluffy, these are the pillows for you. But if you long for the true, firm memory foam pillows they used to make, those are a thing of the past. I will no longer hold Tempur-Pedic pillows as the gold standard.

I was disappointed in the quality of the pillows I ordered. I have had 2 symphony pillows in the past and they were great. These were both very thin and not supportive at all. With neck issues, I really appreciate the firmness I have experienced previously with the symphony pillow but this time was different. I tried both of the ones I preferred and they were identical so I do not believe it was a matter of poor quality assurance just a change in manufacturing or design. I will likely try a different style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the original pillow for years. Got this one for my husband when I got myself a new one. At first lay it is too much pillow for me while sidelying but after 5 minutes it feels great and I don't wake up with a headache or neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving 4 stars only because this isn't exactly the right pillow for me, however, since I purchased the Symphony Pillow my sleep has improved drastically! I'm waking up feeling rested and no more neck pains from my old pillow! For me, this pillow takes too long for it to bounce back when I change positions throughout the night. My next purchase will be a somewhat firmer Tempurpedic pillow- but still a great pillow for the sale price!

I had my hopes so high with this pillow and I am so disappointed!! I wanted a better quality of sleep and enjoy my nights but the pillow is too high. It is very uncomfortable, I am a side sleeper and the arched part didn't work at all. I have to say, costumer service is very good, I called to return it because I had bought a bo go and had two of these pillows so they allowed me to return the one that I hadn't opened. I ordered another model that didn't worked either, it is too low. In the end, not the experience I was waiting from this brand and a total waist of my money. So sorry about this, I was expecting more.

I have had many symphony pillows over the years and I just purchased 2 more about a month ago. The new ones seem very lightweight and thinner than the current ones I have. The company assures me that they are the same but they are significantly different than my others. The Company wants me to jump through hoops with pictures, receipts and a long letter telling my side of the story. It's inconvenient and unreasonable to do all of that and of course there are no returns. I won't be buying these again.

I wanted to love this. I am still struggling to find a good pillow from Tempurpedic that can deliver like their older line (beige cover). This is the second pillow I have tried in the past year and it is disappointing. Too rigid, yet all not supportive somehow.

I suffer from severe lower back pain and needed a pillow that could conform and stabilize; this pillow does just that. I like how I can use this pillow comfortably either on my side or on my back by itself. Had gotten some shoulder pain when using old pillow for side sleeping. Just a week with this pillow and my shoulder no longer aches and I have almost no pain. Overall the pillow does as advertised and I have had some pain relief thanks to the way the pillow was made to accommodate multi-position sleepers.

My sleep has drastically improved and I have woken up with significantly less headaches. I wish I had invested in this pillow (and my sleep quality) much sooner.
