[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More for my wife than me, its a great firm pillow that enables both my wife and I to use it comfortable. She is a side sleeper, I am an upfront sleep and we can easy change the pillow type to fit our individual needs. A bit on the firmer side but still great for those that like memory foam pillows.

This pillow is advertised as ‘soft’. It seems to me to be at least medium, if not firm. Possibly if you have a heavy head it might seem soft. But my head barely makes a dent on the surface. I cannot use it because I have osteoarthritis in my neck; it is too painful for me since it does not have enough ‘give’ . I am disappointed because I really need a pillow with a balance between support and softness. I suppose if you were looking for a pillow with a lot of support and do not need softness, it would be a fine pillow.

I really like this pillow. It’s set up for back sleepers, but it works well for side sleepers and stomach sleepers as well. It doesn’t have a cooling layer, but it doesn’t get hot either. I don’t think it needs a cooling layer actually. I’ve had this for a couple months now and I really like it. It retains its original shape and every night it’s like I’m sleeping with a new pillow! It never had a chemical smell either. It doesn’t smell at all. I was looking for something as close to the original Joy Mangano memory foam pillow, and this is it. I think you’ll really like it.

I have used the Symphony pillow since 2004 when I began to have neck pain. I eventually had to have my first cervical fusion in 2006. The Symphony pillow helped a great deal for alignment during sleep. Since then, I have had two more cervical fusions. I made the mistake of trying another brand of pillow and started having pain and sleepless nights. So, now I'm back to the symphony pillow and immediately slept better and no morning neck pain. I highly recommend this pillow. The quality is excellent. I can sleep on my back again by using the raised side if I choose. Easily ordered, friendly representative and super fast delivery! I will never sleep on another brand. We also have had Tempurpedic bed since 2004. A perfect match for anyone with degenerative disks and fibromyalgia.

Im in love with this pillow and no other will ever do. I also have a 9yr old child who always took this pillow. This year I too bought him one. He love it too, takes it every where with him.

My husband and I were both in need of new pillows. After doing a lot of research, we landed on getting the Symphony pillows. We each like a different kind of pillow for sleep - he likes more support while I like something less supportive. So, we were weary that we both chose the symphony, thinking one of us surely wouldn’t like it. However, we both love our new pillows! He no longer wakes up with neck pain! It’s the perfect pillow with two different sides - one for back sleeping and one for side sleeping. You can’t go wrong. An amazing choice for anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow to replace another Tempurpedic pillow I have had for years and am disappointed it isn't nearly as thick and comfortable. We don't have a place to buy in person here so I did my best to determine I was ordering the same pillow. Sadly, I don't think they make the one I was trying to replace any longer- so the one I got that is closest doesn't measure up. It is still better than a regular pillow, but if you are looking for support, this pillow is very very thin and not the one you want.

We have bought multiple name brand pillows in the last several months and a friend at work recommend this one, it definitely has the neck support I've been searching for. It's firm and it took me a couple days to get used to that but I haven't had any neck pain when waking up which is amazing.

I have a 10 year old Symphony Pillow and needed a new one. I bought the new one and wanted to like it...but I found myself digging out my old pillow after two weeks. They are completely different pillows. The new one is hard, yet much lighter than the old one. My head does not feel cradled on this one and I wake with a head ache when I use it from fighting with it all night. Why did you change a good thing?!
