I purchased a tempurpedic cloud matress and received this pillow free. I absolutely LOVE this pillow. Before this pillow, I slept on a memory foam contured pillow but this pillow puts it to shame. I can sleep on my side and back with no neck problems at all.

This pillow is the only thing that I can sleep on without getting neck pains the next morning. I also highly recommend the Tempur-Pedic office chairs - so worth it! Now all I need is a Tempur-Pedic couch...

I bought one of these pillows about 8 years ago and it had been wonderful! However I just purchased another one to replace it and the quality is not as good. The pillow is squishier and not near as firm. I don't know what they changed but the new ones are much less sense. I have the new ones to my kids to use and I'm still using the old one.

I used to toss and turn numerous times before I purchased my Tempur-Symphony pillow. I am petite with Osteoarthritis of the neck and this pillow has a slight incline that allows my neck to rest on the pillow without being pushed up and then in turn my chin to my chest. My neck pain has lessened due to sleeping on my new pillow. Thanks Tempur-pedic. I am finally getting the sleep I need.

After 13 years it is finally time to exchange our old Symphony pillows for new ones. We are both side sleepers. Asked my partner if he wanted to check out other Tempurpedic options and the response was "Why? These are perfect, let's just get the same thing". I couldn't agree more. Well worth the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before using The Tempur-Symphony Pillow, I preferred to sleep without a pillow because pillows were never comfortable enough for me. They were either too soft or hard. Some were perfect, but deteriorated quickly and became useless. I did not purchase the Tempur-Symphony Pillow, it was included for free upon my purchase of the Tempur-Topper. Initially, my intentions were to give the pillow away to my mother; however, I decided to give it a try. I have to say this pillow is nothing short of amazing. I began using the Tempur-Symphony pillow at the start of September, it is now October and I am hooked! I 100% reccomend this pillow to us non-pillow sleepers and everyone else! It is beautifully made and has changed the way I sleep for the better.

Tempurpedic has completely changed and cheapened this pillow. I've been ordering this pillow every year for at least 5 years and it is made of completely different filler than it used to be. Cheap and light, doesn't hold shape at all. Why change this pillow and market it as the same? Really disappointed.

My husband (then boyfriend) bought these pillows for me almost 10 years ago because I always complained of soft pillows and neck pain. I loved them and even take one on vacations with me. They finally needed to be replaced. I bought 2 expensive pillows from sleep number. They were AWFUL. Went back and ordered these beauties again! My back and neck feel so much better. I am a side and back sleeper with broad shoulders. I am seriously considering buying more to keep in case these are ever discontinued!

I bought a Tempur pillow several years ago and I was looking to replace it and get one for my husband who was always stealing mine. It was SO plush and you just melted into it as you fell asleep. For the longest time I would wake up with extremely painful ear aches and buying my original Tempur stopped that. But the "Symphony" pillow didn't even come close. It felt stiff and cheap by comparison. Wished I could return it...and would not recommend to others.

Firm enough yet soft and super comfortable. Bought this for my husband, who is both a back and a side sleeper and he has absolutely no complaints. Has been using it now for two full months, so any discomfort would have shown up by now. LOVES THIS PILLOW! A keeper.
