This pillow is too small and not high enough for side sleeping. I was replacing my 10 year old pillow and wanted the same one, since the original was perfect. Not sure why design changes were made, but now I am stuck with an expensive, useless pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pillow for over 5 years now. For years I struggled with regular pillows until I finally bought my tempurpedic. Now I love it so much I can't sleep without it. It gives me great support so I no longer have headaches. And I'm a side sleeper and I can comfortably sleep with an arm under the pillow without waking up with a numb arm. My husband tried to steal it so ended up buying one for him to. I'll never go back to traditional pillows again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and feel of this pillow. I like that it's the size of a regular pillow so it looks good on my bed, but still has the temper pedic memory foam. I'm a side and back sleeper and it feels great both ways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do enjoy these pillows, but I have to say they are slightly different then the one we got when we purchased our mattress (two free). I picked the medium and my husband picked the firm. Over the years he's eventually stolen my pillow. The new ones seem like the same firmness, but these are a little lighter. They just are different and I still like the one I got when we bought the bed better, but this is very close to that one. I still sleep great, so I guess that's all that matters, right? I would buy them again. When I purchased them I received another one free so that's a bonus. One to take when traveling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to replace our pillows and love our Tempur-Pedic mattress and wanted to add a couple new pillows. We've had our mattress for over 10 years love it. It's the best and recommend them often. We've been looking to possibly upgrade to another style.

I have been a user of the Symphony pillow for about 8 years and it was a godsend for my back problems. The new version from 2017 is awful. It is much lighter in weight and emits such a terrible odor that I wasn't able to sleep through the night while using it. Customer service advised me that to get rid of the odor I needed to squish the pillow around to loosen the materials. I will never purchase a Tempur-Pedic product again considering that they do not stand behind their products with a return policy.

Before I would wake up with neck pain and headaches due to lack of proper support, but buying this product has changed that. It's super comfortable, but it provides the support I need. I sleep better, I'm not in pain anymore, and I'm way more comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I'm pretty sure this is the kind of pillow I have but I'm not 100% sure as I've had it for so long and the tag just says Tempur-Pedic. I sleep on this pillow every single night and I have taken it through 5 to 6 moves as well as moving out of the country. It is worth it that much. If I don't have this pillow I get neck and back pain and I just overall sleep better when I use it.

I purchased the Symphony pillow, but received a low quality Adjustable pillow instead. "Easy mistake, I'll call customer service and they'll send me the correct order", is what I thought, but what followed was the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. So much so, that I have to resort to leaving a poor review on this website. Customer service line says its only a couple of minutes wait time, but that hasn't been true for any of the numerous calls I've had to make, because I always get a prompt saying "all service reps are busy and please press 2 for a call back". On more than several occasions the call back is just a one ring phone call before they hang up. Never passing the one ring mark so I can answer, or leave a message. When I do get a call back and Im able to beat the rep before he hangs up, I ask for a status or resolution and they're not able to provide one or a time table of when I can expect an answer. I finally had enough and asked for a manager, which I was told only work from 10am-3PM (lucky them). So I called between those times, finally got a call back and transferred to the supervisor que only to be sent back to the normal service rep que for a call back. Its been over two weeks of this without a resolution. Based on this experience I will most likely never shop or recommend Tempur_pedic again.
