Not as comfortable as a down pillow but much better for your neck. Since I have had mine (4 months) I have slept like a baby, have had no neck pain, no shoulder pain and I can turn my head both ways without pain. I love it and wouldn't go anywhere over night without it. Even my dog tries to get to it at night before me.

I love that I never wake up with a stiff neck anymore. I don't love that they're too stiff to be able to fold in half like a regular pillow though.

I bought additional ones and also I bought a tempurpedic mattress for my 92 years old mom. She has only superlative comments.

My husband and I love our Symphony pillows! We take them with us when we travel whenever we can, and really miss them when we are required to sleep on a traditional pillow. I suggest using a high quality pillow cover as they seem to be a long-term investment, and will need to be kept clean. My only concern would be the price, but keeping in mind that you won't need to replace them for many years, I suppose it's ok.

Turn it around when I go to sleep, as a side sleeper I am. So far I'm loving it! Great purchase. Very happy with the clouds I sleep on. :)

I wasn't sure about this pillow at first, I've been sleeping on a contour pillow forever, mostly on my side. I now mostly sleep on my back after a major surgery which has been hard to adapt to. This pillow is very comfortable while on my back, provides good neck support. It isn't quite as high as I would like when sleeping on my side, but it has that great Tempur material that is supportive and comfortable. I'm glad I purchased it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of the symphony pillows one for me and one for my husband. We get quality sleep now. Not much tossing and turning. The only thing is I wish I would have purchased these pillows years ago. You can use both sides of the pillow depending on you sleep and I love the versatility of the magic pillow made from heaven.

I just couldn't get comfortable sleeping on this oddly shaped pillow. Perhaps it is because it is made for sleeping on your side and when flipped over it is made for sleeping on your back. I sleep both ways and don't feel like flipping a pillow in the middle of the night. Can't be too critical, however, because my son loves it! I would go for the comfort pillow.

But it still remains the best pillows I have purchased and I have seen an improvement in the quality of sleep I get.
