Initially I was concerned about the small size of the pillow.. A third of my pillowcase was empty. The big shock was how uncomfortable this pillow is. Uncommonly hard with very little give. Pillow actually gave me a headache. Just a small, flat, dense pillow that robs you of a good night sleep. The only thing worse than this pillow is the fact that Tempur-Pedic does not accept returns on pillows. I am stuck with these things and out of over $100.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im surprised at how a pillow can be so versatile. The double sided pillow for us multi-type sleepers is amazing! And the firmness is perfect! I used to have trouble falling asleep and waking up multiple times throughout the night , but now I knock out in .2 and wake up finally feeling rested. Didn't realize how much of an effect a pillow can actually make. Thank you tempur-pedic!

These pillow were the perfect solution, and I especially love the two different sides that are designed for either sleeping on your back or on your side. I can honestly say that my neck has been completely pain-free since buying these pillows and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I purchased a tempurpedic cloud matress and received this pillow free. I absolutely LOVE this pillow. Before this pillow, I slept on a memory foam contured pillow but this pillow puts it to shame. I can sleep on my side and back with no neck problems at all.

The pillow adjusts to my comfort level and allows me to rest without neck strain. Which is most important to my getting into a deep sleep faster. No more sheep counting! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow for my husband to use at work. He is a firefighter and works 48 hour shifts, so they sleep 2 nights at the station. The dept invested in Tempu-Pedic beds, but everyone brings their own pillow and the old one from home was not cutting it. (We own a Tempur-Pedic bed and pillows, but he was bringing an old synthetic fill pillow.) His neck hurt and he wasn't well rested, so I got him what we use at home. The new Tempur-Symphony pillow has helped him get a goods nights' rest without the neck pain.

After enjoying the original memory foam pillows i decided to give them another shot and boy am i glad i did. They are firm enough and keep cool throughout the night. As someone with insomnia i definately reccommend these pillows i have 2 of these and 2 cloud cooling pro.

Read some recent reviews that said that this pillow disappointed them, but that was not the case for me. I love it! The first night alone I slept like a baby. It was amazing. I hate memory foam pillows and I have for a while, but my symphony pillows changed my mind. They don't get hot like other memory foam pillows, and they aren't as hard either. If you like a really firm pillow this isn't for you, but I love a soft pillow that I just sink into and this is that! I sink in just enough to be comfortable but I can still breath clearly out my nose when I sleep on my side. Back sleeping is incredible too, the pillow surrounds your neck as you sleep. It isn't too thick either which I love. I like a thinner pillow, as it helps my neck from hurting in the morning. Overall a great purchase and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great feeling pillow that isn't like traditional hard memory foam.

I feel like this is the best pillow i've had so far. I feel great sleeping on it on the side and stomach. It's high enough but also flat enough if that makes sense because of the slopes. Great pillow for money. Holds shape well too. Been over a year and still feels like new. Neck never hurts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and am recently having neck issues. I'm not sure if it's from the new pillow or unrelated. Otherwise, I like this pillow. My ears do not hurt after laying on it. It is a lower profile for a side sleeper.
