This is a HORRIBLE PILLOW with chemical odor so strong you get nausea and headache and it won't go away even after 30 days. Tempurpedic won't allow exchange, return I understand, but no exchange?? THAT IS JUST FLAWED POLICY. PEOPLE JUST DON'T BUY ANY PILLOWS FROM TEMPURPEDIC PERIOD. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I had high hopes for this pillow and was very let down. The pillow is VERY stiff. I am petite and my head barely makes a dent in the pillow when I'm lying on it. It does not soften with weight, and thus is extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that it woke me up several times in the night as I had to reposition. The pillow is now on the floor useless and I've returned to a feather pillow. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering I voiced this concern to Tempur Pedic and was told they do not allow returns or exchanges even when the client is unsatisfied... So, add poor customer service to the list.

They support your neck to relieve the pressure points and allow for a more restful sleep. Made of quality materials that will last a long time. If you have neck issues or just want a downright comfortable sleep, tempur-pedic pillows should be your choice.

After enjoying the original memory foam pillows i decided to give them another shot and boy am i glad i did. They are firm enough and keep cool throughout the night. As someone with insomnia i definately reccommend these pillows i have 2 of these and 2 cloud cooling pro.

After years of wanting a tempurpedic pillow I finally decided to spend the money and bought myself a symphony pillow and an extra thick neck support pillow for my wife. I LOVE THIS THING! I've had stiffness in my neck for weeks and after one night on this pillow I felt a noticeable difference. This pillow is the perfect balance of softness and support and I really appreciate the domed on one side shape so I can flip it to adjust how I want to rest my head. I've always been annoyed by ultra soft pillows where your face sinks into them too far and feels like you can't breathe, with this pillow it feels soft but gives enough support that you can sleep very comfortably on it. I noticed that the neck pillow my wife got seems to be made of a much firmer material than mine that I don't really care for. But the symphony pillow seems to be just the right firmness to be perfectly comfortable. Pricey but highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own two Tempur-Pedic mattresses. With our first mattress, a queen size, we bought the Symphony Pillows, and they are my favorite. When we bought our king mattress recently we bought the Tempur Cloud pillows because they come in the king size and fit the bed. The Cloud pillows are very nice, but I went back to the Symphony for myself, even though it is not king size and looks a bit silly on the bed next to my husband. The Symphony pillow allows me to tuck my shoulder underneath for when I am sleeping on my side. I love this feature. It is not as comfortable with the Cloud pillow for my neck. I wish the Symphony came in king size but it still does not. As soon as it does, I will purchase one. Very happy with my pillow. I have owned it for 6 years and it still holds up.

I purchased the Tempur-Sympony pillow in july of 2014. I have suffered from headaches at the base of my scull almost on a daily bases since I was 20 years old. I am 58 now. I sleep on my back and side and have tried many different types and shaped pillows. About 3 weeks after I started sleeping on this pillow I noticed that I was experiencing fewer headaches and after a month of sleeping on this pillow I was hardly having any headaches at all. Four months after sleeping on this pillow I am completely headache free! After all these years of taking ibuprofen for my headaches and wondering what was causing them (and I have seen a doctor about them) you can imagine how happy I am. Their is no other explanation for this, I am doing nothing different other than sleeping on my Sympony pillow. Needless to say I absolutely love this pillow I just wish I had purchased it a long time ago.

When we lay in it, it instantly puts us in a unconscious state of mind and fall right to sleep. This is the best sleep I've ever gotten. No more neck and back pains when I wake up. On a side note it's a struggle to get out of it in the morning as well!

I bought two symphony pillows after using them for the past several years. The pillows were softer than previous symphony pillows. I waited 2 weeks for the new ones to fully expand, but they crushed very quickly. I was not pleased with them. I called the Temperpedic customer service center to see what could be done. I was told because it was pillows they could do nothing. I told them it seemed like the pillow configuration had changed from the last time I bought symphony pillows. I was told no. They said there was nothing that they could do for me. When I asked to please speak to a supervisor I was told the wait time might take a while. I waited on hold for 80 minutes only to be disconnected before speaking to a supervisor. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years to be treated like this and left on hold for a "supervisor" was just disrespectful.
