[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow however, I ordered the wrong one for me. I have serious neck problems and it still hasn't solved my problem. I'm still waking up with my neck aching and stiff and having to rotate between pillows. I feel if I would've spoken to someone or purchased in store, I would've gotten the pillow I needed.

It stays cool all night and it's very supportive for all the sleeping positions. I recommend this product abd I would buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for my master bedroom after my wife and I have slept in separate rooms for the past 3 years. We used to constantly wake each other as we moved around on our old spring mattress. Now we barely realize when someone gets up or comes to bed.

Over the past year + I have struggled with headaches that I associate with pillows. I have tried, and returned, more than a dozen different styles, brands, materials, price points, including one other Tempur Pedic. TP products are great quality, as good as the best of the others, far better than all the rest. But different styles and firmness make a big difference so quality alone does not guarantee success. For me this was trial and error. My TP Symphony Soft pillow seems to have finally solved my problem. I mostly sleep on my side, and with the flatter side up, there is just a bit of space for my shoulder to tuck in that is very comfortable. Flipping it over works well when I sleep on my back, giving just a bit of comfortable neck support. I cannot comment on stomach sleeping. It is labeled soft and I find this just about right, but it is not squishy, and is supportive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and this pillow was too uncomfortable. It was slightly more comfortable if I used it upside down. It was just too thick for me and the shape did not help support my neck. And I'd wake up with lots of back pain. I ended up giving them to my sister who says it works for her. She said "it feels weird because it's odd shaped but I've been sleeping better." Which is weird because she's smaller than me. But I think everyone is built differently so you won't really know until you try it.

I've had them all...however this is the first legit/real Tempurpedic pillow I've had. Don't get it confused, there are many out there that claim the same as Tempurpedic...knock-offs if you will, but none come close. Spend the extra money as it will most likely be more expensive, it's worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these pillows to help my pregnant wife have some extra support around her. She loved these pillows and they were great for helping her get some sleep later on in pregnancy! Now that our little one is here, my wife doesn't need so many pillows which has allowed me to use one. It has been amazing! The pillow is the right size for me able to rotate between back side sleeping easily throughout the night without having to adjust the pillow. These are great and I definitely would recommend these for anyone looking for a new pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a person who will destroy pillows every couple months. Pillows would become very flat very quickly for me and saw these. I bought them and let me tell you, I have been sleeping like a baby! I am mostly a stomach a side sleeper that basically hugs the pillows and these support my head a neck properly to where im not finding myself waking up to flat pillows. 10/10 these pillows also have a very good reputation of lasting very long.

1 side is essentially flat, 1 side has an odd, firm mountain shape. The weird build-out is too firm & steep to be comfortable. Even if flipped to be used on the flatter side, the contour from the other side never allows the pillow to lie flat. Got a neck pain the whole day after sleeping on it. Of course no returns on pillows so costly mistake to order that one. I ordered a mattress that didn't arrive yet, hopefully the experience will be different!

What have you done, Tempurpedic? I've been buying the symphony pillow for years and have loved it in the past. This recent one is different - much lighter, smaller and softer. It doesn't work for me. Not supportive enough for my head and neck. So disappointing. I gave it to my husband and he's okay with it. Unless you improve these you have lost a long time customer.
