I always have Liquid IV after lunch sometimes after breakfast. But I eventually i ended up in the ER with light headedness and fainting due to severe dehydration even after I have used your product. I'm beginning to wonder if your product is really helping me or not.

The last time I bought this, the flavors were Blackberry Lemonade and Strawberry Kiwi. I really liked those flavors. Like always, they have to mess with a good thing. They took the blackberry lemonade away and replaced it with fruit punch. Very disappointed.

I love the strawberry/kiwi flavor! One a day has added to my nutrition routine and truthfully makes drinking water that much easier. The fact that it is sugar-free helps with the caloric intake as well. I highly recommend the energy boost😃
