This stuff really does give energy without any downside. At 70 years old I needed help and this is a lifesaver. I was amazed at how fast it works - minutes, not hours! I will be buying more, LOTS more!

This is one of my favorite flavors! It doesn't taste like it's sugar free. I love the caffeine pick me up. You can taste the sweetness of strawberry with the bitterness of the kiwi. Very well balanced flavor. I take diuretic and this is the best for dehydration and to replace the potassium and magnesium levels. Thank you for making water fun!

I can mix it with unflavored creatine supplement to help me get ready for my workout and provides a great flavor that is refreshing and energizing. I particularly like to enjoy it before going to an Orange Theory class so that I am properly hydrated because those classes can make you sweat. And if you take a High Rox class, you need the energy to press yourself through the class in the orange zone.

My dog and I went a a 2. 5 mile hike that has a gradual 300' elevation climb. It may not sound like much, but I'm 80 and sometimes this particular hike can be exhausting. Today I substituted the Liquid IV Sugar Free Energy for the morning coffee and set off for the hike. I did feel an energy boost and more alertness. During the hike I felt I had more stamina and endurance and wasn't forcing myself to continue. Looking back on the hike, at the end I was less tired than previous hikes and there wasn't any jittery intense feelings that other energy drinks can have, just a smooth nice experience. I'm sold!

Excellent hydration. Powder pouches that work and taste good.

Was delightfully surprised how well the hydration powder worked. I sweated ⅔ rds. Less than usual. It you drink 3 in a row on a hot day outside within an hour or two, you will get bloated due to it formula. Its has high strength sodium so it will make you hold on to too much fluid, so you need to drink a bottle of plain water in between each Liquid I.V. drink.

The caffeine adds a bit of weird bitterness to this electrolyte drink. While still drinkable, it won't be my first choice.

I find it to taste too salty. I prefer a more subtle taste. I want the electrolytes to be there but not overpowering the flavor.
