Even though we couldn’t use the bassinet by the time we received it, we still set everything up to see how it worked and compare it to another play yard we had before. Overall, I’ve been really happy with the Maxi Cosi Swift Play Yard. It’s very lightweight and easy to move around, which makes a big difference day to day. It also looks much nicer in our home than other play yards we’ve had. The design is simple and modern and doesn’t feel like bulky baby gear. It’s also easy to fold up and fits right back into the provided bag, which makes it a great option for travel or bringing along to family visits. The mattress feels comfortable but still firm, making it a safe place for him to nap and also sturdy enough for independent play. I feel good knowing he’s comfortable and secure while using it. Assembly took about five minutes and was very simple. The fabric is incredibly soft and well made. I received the “Coral” pattern, which is adorable without being visually overwhelming. It features small baby animal families (polar bears, giraffes, rabbits, and more) and works perfectly for either a boy or a girl. We're currently using it in our living room, and it truly adds to the space. The wooden legs, charcoal gray liner, and leather Maxi-Cosi tag give it a very high-end feel. The frame is sturdy, yet the entire play yard is lightweight and easy to move. It stays firmly in place, which I really appreciate with two big brothers running around. It also folds down easily and comes with a convenient storage bag, making it great for travel. I definitely plan to bring it along on our next family trip. My daughter is 7 months old and weighs about 17 pounds, and she still fits comfortably in the top section in bassinet mode since she's not yet pulling herself up. She loves the soft mattress pad, and I feel confident using this play yard for nap time. The mesh sides provide great airflow and visibility, and the mattress lays completely flat. My favorite features are the comfortable mattress and soft fabrics that are machine washable (lifesaver!) I also love how spacious it is without taking up too much room in our small living room. Both previous ones were difficult to set up and we figured it was not worth purchasing another for our new baby. But we received this Maxi Cosi Swift Play Yard through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so glad we did. I cannot stress enough how EASY this play yard is to set up and take down, I’m talking one handed with a crying baby. It folds compact and comes in a carrying case that zips closed which is also a plus. I also feel like size wise this has great space and we will be able to use for years to come. I was gifted this from my baby shower. It was great for the newborn stage but now that he’s outgrown the bassinet part it’s impossible to find a mattress topper for the bottom part. It has very weird dimensions and your standard mattress topper size will not fit. I wish I did more research before adding this to my registry.

The main things I love about it is that it is light weight, easily unpack and packs back up and also has a clean modern design. It is simple to unfold and snap into place. The mattress cleans easily which is also a major plus. Earlier in the month we used the bassinet attachment for our baby to sleep, but she recently started rolling so our current trip (right now for christmas) we have her sleeping in the large play yard on the full mattress and it is working great. The mesh walls are breathable which satisfies one of our biggest concerns with sleep spaces During the day we occasionally use it to lay her in when we need to step away and have her nap and also let the twins play in. Anothwr bonus was that we use the top bassinet piece as a changing table so we dont have to do it on the floor. Overall I am very satisfied with this play yard.
