My small dog doesn't have a lot of teeth and can't/won't eat hard treats (dental bones, rawhide). She also had terrible breath! I bought these for her, and she loves them! They are soft and chewy like very stale marshmallows. I cut them in half for her, and they're a perfect treat. I could tell after the first couple of treats that her breath is so much better!!! The ONLY issue I can see is the bag is so large, and these treats harden after being out of the bag for a while. I'm concerned the rest of the bag will get stale so will probably repackage half of them to keep them fresh.

They are both a little picky (particularly the brown one), but both happily chewed these up, the texture is nice and spongy, so not too hard for olde dogs. My blonde dachshund can’t get enough, and, while my brown dachshund can be very picky, she still eats one now and again -which is a big feat in and of itself. It leaves their breath smelling fresh, but it doesn’t last too long sadly.

I couldn’t believe that she was so excited for these treats. They came in a cute little package that I could easily store in my cupboard and they lasted a good amount of time for how many I got her breath smelled great the entire time I was giving her these treats, however her breath was horrible the day after I stopped giving them to her. I think I’d like to give these to her all the time in the long run instead of just for that short amount of time she had them for it to really be effective as she is a bigger breed of dog, and her breath is just really hard to control. So I don’t fault to these treats at all they work great for dogs with smelly breath!

Though I think we got the sized intended for smaller dog, Ivan didn’t seem to mind at all, he likes that he can eat these at leisure. We noticed a fresher breath on him right away, which is nice because he is a really ‘in your face’ kind of guy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I like that the packaging was resealable and light. My dog took to these well, enjoyed them and they did help to freshen his breath. My only thing is that my dog is large (85 pounds) and the bites just went too fast to really get to any tartar on his teeth for him, so I had to give him several at a ti.e. Wish it lasted a little longer.

One of my dogs absolutely loved them and scarfed the treat up quickly. My bulldog had more difficulty as the texture was really hard for her to bite. The feel and shape reminded me of a dense packing peanut. I had to cut the treat in little slices in order for her to eat it. Once they were more bite sized she loved them. I don’t know if it made a huge difference in their breath as it was just a sample pack but I’d be willing to get more to try to get their stinky breath under control.

I did give it 3 stars because they smell amazing. I know they'd help his stinky breath if he'd just eat them. 🤣 If you have a picky dog, I wouldn't get them, but if your dog will eat anything, definitely get them.

Total garbage. Both dogs preferred original Minties over name brand dental treats. Neither dog wants these packing peanuts with mint scent. See picture of the crappy "treat" floating on water.

Nothing like the bone Minties. This would take my 45 lb dog a few minutes to chew/eat. These are like Styrofoam packing peanuts and she barely chews them. Not really for helping with dental if she doesn't need to chew. And suggested amount is 14 a day?? Bring back the bones. I won't be purchasing these again.
