Bone Broth Health

I've only tried the beef broth. It is very bland but absolutely healthy. I do add my own spices or mix it with my own home made broth. I'll be trying chicken soon. I like the product because it is a healthy way out of any quick meal.

Excellent bone broth!

The flavor is excellent. I am delighted to have these on my shelf in between my own batches of it. I use a lot of bone broth in cooking as well as just to sip. The shelf life is outstanding, although it never lasts that long!

I love Bone Broth, I can not tell you how much it has helped me with not only eating better, but I stew & cook with the bone broths & when every ingredient is stewed together it just makes everything taste delicious!!

Bone Broth Helps Me With Weight Control

I start my day with Kettle & Fire Bone Broth. It has lessened the achiness in my knees, and my skin has improved. It keeps me satiated in the morning and makes for a deligthful treat during my commute to work.

To be honest I was

To be honest I was hoping I would enjoy drinking like soup or coffee. I did not but am open to trying in recipes because I do believe it has health benefits. May try the latte recipe that was recently posted:))
