Hi Donna, Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is honest feedback such as this will help us continue to improve. We are sorry to know that it did not pass your expectations. We use a proprietary process for extracting the maximum amount of nutrients. This process can adjust the cell structure of the naturally occurring gelatin creating a broth that doesn’t have the same visual gelling but is more dense in actual nutrients. We would rather have more nutrients for our customers then this visual gelling any day! Especially since some other companies will add gelatin into their broth just to create this visual gelling.
