[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it because I was having neck problems.

The pillow is so hard. It's like sleeping on a brick.

This here neck pillow is good, but makes my head sweat like crazy. The pillow is not breathable.

It was a bit hard to get use to but definitely better than the conventional pillow
