This pillow is too firm. Used it a couple times and it's too hard to try to get used to.

Paid the extra bucks because ITS WORTH IT! Have had the smaller version for years.

I have actually been having more neck pains since using.

Tried this pillow. It just does not provide much support for me. I do love my cloud pillow.
