Never had a pillow that's so hard. The pillow made my neck hurt worse. I think the price is ridiculous also.

Would not advise, horrible product, incredibly small, not very comfortable, and came fairly late. Extremely expensive for what it is.

The pillow doesn't conform to my neck. It is super uncomfortable and even painful. No option to return even if it's still in the package.
