I like this pillow I got it for my dad who needs spine surgery. Anyways it helps. One advice is to size up in pillow

I have a titanium plate in my neck and can't sleep on regular pillows. This pillow has helped me tremendously.

I order 2, I hate it, too short and unfortunately you cannot return or exchange ! What a waste money!
