This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. From day 1, I have slept like a baby. I keep wondering why I waited so long to buy it.

The product is poor in quality compared to a year ago purchase. The pillow is much smaller and the firmness is no longer as good as before.

I find this pillow to be way too firm. The hardness of the pillow makes it uncomfortable and it's an awkward length for the neck.
