I don't doubt that the pillow is good for your neck but the smell is unbearable. I am trying to get it out with baking soda but yikes!

Have always used since Cervical Surgery @ C-6 in the Nintys. This is now my 2nd pillow. My Best investment!!!

The pillow doesn't conform to my neck. It is super uncomfortable and even painful. No option to return even if it's still in the package.
