The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows, yes multiple in our house, are so comfortable and offer great cervical support. They are long lasting and, after all those years, definitely worth replacing with Tempur-pedic.

I wanted to love this pillow but the smell was horrible even after letting it sit for 4+ days to air out. The pillow itself was just ok. Not as comfortable as I was hoping for .

I tried for two weeks and no improvement with neck and shoulder stiffness. This pillow is VERY firm and does not contour around the neck. REMINDER- ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS SO DONT BOTHER. Not like their mattresses.

Unfortunately I did not notice that you could not return a pillow with tempur pedic. This pillow is VERY firm. Unless you like a hard pillow do not buy.

Order a size smaller if you're on the fence. I'm a side sleeper and was deciding between a small and medium- definitely should have gone with the small, because the pillow is taller and firmer than you might expect. Also cannot return or exchange.
